The Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel welcomes the opportunity to host the 2019 VEX Robotics World Championship teams.

A hot breakfast buffet in the Riverside Café is INCLUDED in the room rate The hotel is conveniently located less than 1 mile from the downtown Louisville city center, with amazing skyline, city and scenic Ohio River views. In addition, the hotel offers an 11-passenger Shuttle Van that offers guests complimentary airport transportation to & from Louisville International Airport (SDF), as well as to and from Downtown Louisville City Center and new convention center entrance, or a five mile radius of the hotel. Advanced reservations are required by calling the hotel directly.

VEX teams may have the option of utilizing one of the hotels special event spaces which will be held for teams during their stay on property. The space is available on a first come, first served basis. Certain limitations apply. Space to be reserved and assigned directly by the hotel sales and catering team. This event space has been specifically designated as a VEX overflow or guest use room. Any additional event space would require special consideration, payment and reservation procedures as deemed necessary.
