You can log into your traveler account to make payments, add tickets, and ensure your travel details are accurate. Please see the “Account Access” link on the main menu of each web page throughout the site. Enter your last name and Traveler ID, and click “Login.”

No. Rooms are paid for in advance of check-in and submitted as one Group Reservation to the hotel. At check-in however, each guest is asked to place a personal credit card on file for any incidentals. Please note the credit card on file with WorldStrides is charged a penalty should reservation(s) change, such as adding or canceling a night(s), after rooming is submitted to the hotel. Individual room incidentals, however, are the responsibility of the guest, and are paid directly to the hotel.

There are no refunds after final payment has occurred and you have arrived at the hotel.
From time to time emergencies do happen. If you are not able to make the original check in of your reservation please call WorldStrides immediately, so we can notify the hotel on your behalf. Should you need to check out early due to an emergency, again, notify the hotel and WorldStrides immediately. Although there is no guarantee of refund, WorldStrides will contact the hotel and do our best to secure a refund.

In most cases, there will be 24 hour onsite staff in case of emergencies. You will be provided the onsite emergency phone number prior to the event start date via our event travel guide.

Yes, WorldStrides will offer specially priced attraction park tickets to participants, friends, families, and fans! Please review the ticket information on our website that is specific to your event.

Yes you can change the type of Theme Park ticket any time prior to final payment. Once final payment has passed, and you have received your tickets via email, hand delivery, shipping or onsite pickup, you are not able to change/upgrade the type of ticket, or add or remove any time from the ticket.

For those Sports Programs which will have an onsite WorldStrides Guest Services desk, you may pick up your desk during the posted days/hours listed in your travel guide or listed online. You may also check with your Customer Service representative for a listing of hours and locations.

Yes. They must bring with them a ticket pickup authorization form completely filled out, a copy of your photo ID, and their photo ID.

GET Sports attraction ticket is a specially priced event ticket that cannot be upgraded to an annual pass.

If you are attending a Walt Disney World Event at ESPN you may purchase at the box office located at the entrance of ESPN daily or for the length of your Event.
