Approved Vacation Home/Condo Accommodations Program & Procedures

Purpose:
This procedure is a variation to the standard Event Housing Policy which gives teams the ability to work directly with an approved home/condo event accommodations supplier for their primary accommodations during the Disney 3v3 National Championships event. This program allows teams the flexibility of controlling important housing criteria (location, cost, amenities, etc.) while still following the parameters of the “Stay to Play” program.

IMPORTANT: EVENT CODE: “GET-DISNEY 3V3”
ALL TEAMS USING THIS PROGRAM MUST MEET THE HOUSING POLICY REQUIREMENTS. THE REQUIREMENTS CAN BE MET BY USING THIS OPTION, OR BY A MIXTURE OF THIS OPTION AND OTHERS. ONE FORM PER REGISTERED TEAM PLEASE.

Step 1: Choose one of the approved hotels listed below, and call or email them to discuss your housing needs, pricing and terms. You can work with one or more of the approved hotels that meet your team’s specific housing requirements. Booking with the company directly online through any source DOES NOT apply in this program. The procedure is to call direct and state in the beginning that you are associated with GET Sports (Event ID Code “GET-DISNEY 3V3”).

*If 4 rooms or less: Call Rich O’Brien at 407-395-6605 Monday– Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm EST. Also, make sure to add in the TEAM NAME under Special Requests

Step 2: Once you’ve made reservations with your hotel, you continue to work directly with the hotel to complete the proper documentation, pay for your accommodations, and continue communication as needed throughout your stay.

Step 3: When your reservation is finalized, complete the form below and attach your reservation confirmation, and complete rooming list. You will receive a return “housing policy compliance” confirmation within 72 hours.
